  • What is your pricing?
    All venue pricing can be found on our Pricing Page. We provide our space, chairs and tables (linens required) and A/V. We require a day-of-coordinator and any other vendors be approved.
  • What is your alcohol policy?
    All alcohol must be brought in to the venue by an insured and TIPS certified vendor. Alcohol may not be self-serve. Bartending approval is required.
  • What are the payment terms?
    A 50%, non-refundable deposit and signed contract is required to be fully booked. The remaining 50% is due 30-days prior to the event via check or direct bank transfer. We do not accept payment via credit card. Deposits are considered non-refundable.
  • What is included with the venue?
    We are happy to offer a plug-and-play event space and include the following: 6 ft. rectangular tables for up to 50 guests White folding chairs for up to 50 guests Outdoor patio access directly through the venue Free wireless internet Handicap accessible In-house cafe & ice cream (inquire for pricing) A/V hookups through AudioEx (inquire for pricing) Excellent downtown location
  • What is your capacity?
    The venue can accommodate 50-persons seated and 100-persons standing. For micro weddings, we do not allow more than 50 guests, including the bridal party.
  • What is the parking situation downtown?
    We are happy to offer $10 parking at a lot one block from the venue (please inquire for details) or street parking on Broadway or 11th Avenue. Clients and guests are responsible for the legal parking of their vehicles.
  • Do you have required vendors?
    We don't! We work with all vendors (with approval) who are ready to throw an awesome party! We have lots of recommendations.
  • Do you require a coordinator?
    Yes! They must be approved by the venue prior to you booking with them.
  • What are your catering requirements?
    All caterers must be full service at the venue, meaning they offer set up and clean up services with their packages. Catering must be able to prep food off or on site, as the on-site facilities for food service are limited. All vendors are subject to final approval by the venue. Please inquire for more details.
  • Are accommodations included in my venue rental?
    For all micro weddings, we include two rooms to be used as getting ready spaces for the couple on the wedding day. Additional room blocks for guests, or extended stays can be arranged.
