At The Eleventh Avenue, we offer two spaces for gathering.
The first, is our primary event space, adjoins to an outdoor patio for unique indoor and outdoor event activation. The room features warm brick walls, wooden floors, and blank white walls with hooks for hanging items from the ceiling.
The second is a private conference room in the building's lower level, complete with A/V, coffee service, free WiFi, and beautiful vintage details.

Our main event hall, located on the first floor, includes 6-ft center-fold tables, a 4-ft center-fold table, and white resin folding chairs with padding for up to 50 people.
Rentals include the indoor and outdoor space for up to 10-hours. Additional hours can be purchased.
The space includes Free WiFi, A/V hookups and a controlled thermostat area.
PLEASE NOTE: The venue requires the use of a day-of-coordinator for all weddings. Open vendors are allowed with the approval of the venue only.
NOTE: All alcohol served in the venue must be served by certified and licensed bartenders.
